Responsibilities:
1. Data Sourcing and Management
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of events from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business manufacturing/production, Garment, property, pharmaceutical, Solar, MLM, Pest Control, Meat, Farming, Granite & Marble, Retail, Franchise, ecommerce, distribution
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
2. Client Meetings
• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
• Having effective sales meetings in order to:
o Understand the IT / Software ecosystem of the client
o Position Caret IT as the best choice for the client
o Generate requirements for Odoo / ERP from the client
3. Sales Proposals
• Create presentations based on the client requirements
• Co-ordinate with the BA and operations team to generate Demo and proposals Sales Conversion
• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
4. Client Co-ordination
• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
• Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of project.
Skills:
- Lead generation via various B2B Bidding portals like Upwork, Fiver, etc.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Excellent communication skills(written & Verbal), Persuasion skills, Rapport building skills, Telephone etiquette, Meeting etiquette, Selling skills, Negotiation skills, Listening skills, Questioning skills,
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of any CRM, Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Internet usage and data finding
- Knowledge of Odoo/ERP Basics
- Knowledge of corporate brands
Qualification Required:
- MBA Marketing, Business Administration, or Related field.
