Responsibilities

  • Project Support: 
    Assist in the implementation of Odoo modules and configurations based on client requirements. Support senior consultants in gathering and analyzing client business requirements. Help with the setup and configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting. 
  • Documentation and Testing:
    Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations, user guides, and project reports. Assist in testing Odoo modules and functionalities to ensure they meet client specifications. Document and report any issues or bugs identified during testing. 
  • Training and User Support:
    Provide basic training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices. Assist in creating training materials and user documentation. 
  • Client Interaction: 
    Participate in client meetings. Assist in addressing client queries and support requests under the guidance of senior consultants. 
  • Learning and Development: 
    Continuously improve knowledge of Odoo modules, best practices, and industry trends. Attend internal training sessions and seek opportunities for professional development.
  • Implementation Support: 
    Assist senior consultants in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet client requirements. Support data migration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into Odoo.
